You have 14 days to change your mind and return the item in its original condition.

Return Process

  1. As a first step, please send us an email with "Return" in the subject line. Don't forget to include your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Place the items in the original packaging and seal the package securely. Send the package back to us by mail.

  3. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account according to our return policy.

Refund Method

The refund will be made to the original payment method.

  • Returned items must be in good condition and in their original packaging. We do not accept items that are used, damaged, or altered.

  • We will not accept returns without prior contact.

  • We do not accept packages returned via cash on delivery. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • All sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
